概述 DESCRIPTION

Ic厭氧反應器由汙泥反應區、氣液固三相分離器(包括沉澱區)和氣室三部分組成。在底部反應區內存留大量厭氧汙泥,具有良好的沉澱性能和凝聚性能的汙泥在下部形成汙泥層。要處理的汙水從厭氧汙泥床底部流入與汙泥層中汙泥進行混合接觸,汙泥中的微生物分解汙水中的有機物,把它轉化為沼氣。沼氣以微小氣泡形式不斷放出,微小氣泡在上升過程中,不斷合並,逐漸形成較大的氣泡,在汙泥床上部由於沼氣的攪動形成一個汙泥濃度較稀薄的汙泥和水一起上升進入三相分離器,沼氣碰到分離器下部的反射板時,折向反射板的四周,然後穿過水層進入氣室,集中在氣室沼氣,用導管導出,固液混合液經過反射進入三相分離器的沉澱區,汙水中的汙泥發生絮凝,顆粒逐漸增大,並在重力作用下沉降。沉澱至斜壁上的汙泥沼著斜壁滑回厭氧反應區內,使反應區內積累大量的汙泥,與汙泥分離後的處理出水從沉澱區溢流堰上部溢出,然後排出汙泥床。

IC anaerobic reactor is composed of three parts, sludge reaction zone, gas-liquid-solid three phase separator (including precipitation area) and air chamber. In the bottom of the reaction zone, there is a large amount of anaerobic sludge.The sludge which has good sedimentation performance and coagulation properties forms sludge layer in the lower part layer. The untreated sewage from the bottom of the anaerobic sludge bed into the sludge layer contact with the sludge layer. The microorganism in the sludge discomposes organic matter in the sewage, converting it into methane. The methane gas is formed in the shape of small bubble,and the small bubbles form a big bubble in the process of rising. The sludge bed is formed by the combination of methane. The methane is stirred into a three-phase separator. The gas is discharged from the bottom of the separator, and then through the water layer into air chamber.

The mixed liquid and solid enter the precipitation area and a large number of sludge is accumulated to fall off. The sludge which settle to slant wall flows into anaerobic area to accumulate. After separated from sludge,the water overflow from the upper part of the overflow weir , then is discharged from sludge bed.

IC厭氧反應器即循環式顆粒汙泥反應器,是一種改進性的UASB反應器,由於采用較大的高徑比,同時在較高的上流速度和產氣的攪動下,汙水與顆粒汙泥充分混合,傳質率高,具有容積負荷高、水力停留時間短、抗衝擊負荷強、不易堵塞維修簡易、投資省占地小、動力損耗少、運行費用低、調試啟動時間短等特點。另處,IC反應器沼係數大提高了沼氣產量,顆粒汙泥生長速度快,能夠創造較高的經濟效益。

IC anaerobic reactor, which is circular particle sludge reactor, is a kind of improved UASB reactor. It has the advantages of high volumetric loading ,short hydraulic retention time,high efficiency,powerful resistance to impact load, space saving , low cost , low power consumption, low operation cost, and not easy to plug in. On the other hand, IC reactor improve the biomass yield,and granular sludge growth is fast which can create higher economic benefits.
